Sizing:
Using a soft tape measure take it to the tightest point desired. 
Add 2" and that will give you the final measurement.

S 14-17
1" webbing, black buckle only

Lead time are approximately 2-4 weeks as these are made to order.
Release clasp on the Cobra Buckle will either be golden or black in color depending on the batch.

Tough, looks good too

Susie the heeler/pit mix gets lots of compliments on her collar, it's tough enough to shrug off her frequent willfulness and pulling like a freight train, Cobra buckle is easy to take off and put on, and it's comfortable for her. She kept scratching at her previous collars, not this one. I recommend it to everyone who asks. She's just outgrew this one, so replacing with the next bigger one. Keeping the old one for the next puppy. Won't put anything else on any of my dogs!
