Return/Exchange/Shipping Policy

We do not accept returns. However, we will make an exception if there is an order error on our behalf and product has not been worn. Returns will be accepted within 15 days of delivery. Please send an email to

If you ordered an item that's the incorrect size, such as belts, collars, shirts, please send an email to You have 7 days to return an item for exchange. There will be a $20 restocking fee


Via USPS and FedEx Smartpost. We have various fulfillment centers and some items may ship out separately and at different times. 

For any lost shipments, we ask that you first contact the shipping provider and attempt to resolve this issue before contacting us. While we are not responsible for lost shipments, we will assist you in trying to resolve this with the carrier. It usually takes about 30-45 days to process your claim with the shipper.
