Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Belt orders typically have a lead time of 2–4 weeks. During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, lead times may extend up to 5 weeks.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Q: I received part of my order, but not everything. Why?
A: Some items may ship separately while we complete the rest of your order. Any remaining items will ship as soon as they are ready.
Q: It’s been 24 hours since I placed my order—where is it?
A: Please refrain from emailing about tracking immediately after placing an order, as this can slow down order processing. If you have not received tracking within 15 days, feel free to contact us at sales.oneshot@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
